Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Answer phone calls 
  • Assist with lesson schedule management
  • Maintain and update records and files
  • Keep front desk clean and presentable
  • Keep lobby and guest areas tidy and presentable
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with Windows 10
  • Problem-solving skills
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
  • Attire is business casual; DRMA shirt and jeans

Preferred Skills

  • Experience as front desk representative, agent, or relevant position
  • Knowledge of musical instruments
